Keynote Address – Surprise Proofing Your Business

How much of your time is spent putting out fires? Or scrambling to respond to the unexpected world or market events? Wouldn’t it be a relief to run a company that was just a bit more predictable so you could spend more time leading it? Interactive Session – Surviving the Great Resignation

In April 2021 something happened that would change work, probably forever. 4 million people quit their jobs in the US alone; the highest number since the Bureau of Labour Statistics started counting in 2001. A new quitting record was set in June, which was broken again in July. And again in August. We are living through a time period that has been aptly named The Great Resignation. Jeff will cover why this is occurring; what causes top talent to stay vs leave; and he’ll lead you through how to hire, onboard, and engage the best talent.

Tuck into artfully prepared mains of Ocean Wise Sake Miso Salmon and Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken, expertly paired with a selection of BC Okanagan Valley wines from 49 North and Prospect Winery.
